Venue Accessibility
Our Venue is committed to providing all guests with a clean, safe and fun experience.
Seating
The Stranahan Theater provides accessible seating options in the front of the orchestra section on both the left and right sides of the venue. These areas allow guests with special seating needs to sit together. When calling the Box Office, please indicate that you would like to purchase Accessible Seating. Guest companions will be seated in padded chairs designed for flexible configurations. This allows us to manage the space efficiently to accommodate all guests with mobility devices or other special seating needs.
Please note that the Stranahan does not have elevators; special seating needs are accommodated in the Orchestra level of the venue.
Wheelchairs and Mobility Devices
Guests are welcome to bring their own wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs, scooters, and/or other mobility tools. These devices are permitted throughout the venue on the first level of the theater for guests with accessibility needs. Designated seating sections can accommodate these types of devices.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available in the Main Parking Lot. Designated spaces are clearly marked and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The proper credentials are required to park in these spaces.
Service Animals
Pets are not permitted at events.
- Trained service animals are welcome and must remain with their owner/handler at all times and must also be properly restrained.
- If a service animal interferes with other guests, staff may take appropriate action, including removing the service animal from the premises if necessary.
- Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under the ADA Guidelines and are not permitted.
Hearing Assist Devices
Hearing assist device are available at the Guest Services Desk. There are 2 different types of devices; an Extension and Ear Speaker, or an Integrated Neck Loop Lanyard. Ask for either one at Guest Services.
